Chick-fil-A, Bay City

After years of pursuing the opportunity to work on a Chick-fil-A, we were thrilled to be awarded the Bay City location by Thorndale Construction. This project, located at the corner of Euclid Avenue and Wilder Road, was a big win for our team…and in our own hometown, no less!

Chick-fil-A projects are known for their fast-paced schedules, which makes coordination of materials and manpower absolutely critical. Our team worked closely with Thorndale to ensure this job stayed on track and on budget. Construction began in August 2025 and is scheduled to wrap up in December 2025 which is a quick turnaround that required exceptional communication and professionalism from everyone involved.

We’re proud to have delivered a smooth, well-run project, and we can’t wait to celebrate with that first chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and milkshake right here in Bay City!
