We’re proud to be part of another meaningful project right here in our backyard at Saginaw Valley State University. Partnering on the University Village Phase 5 development, this job is especially exciting for our team as it directly supports the growth of our local community and student housing needs.

This phase includes the construction of four six-unit, two-story townhomes, helping address the increasing demand for student living in the area. With construction just getting underway, our team has already completed the electrical underground work, including conduit installation and data sleeves to support modern connectivity needs for future residents.

As this project progresses, coordination and consistency will be key. We’re committed to maintaining a steady pace while ensuring quality and precision every step of the way. We’ll be documenting the journey with regular progress updates, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how this development comes to life.
